VP Senior Credit Analyst

Underwrite complex commercial loan transactions, including real estate, commercial and industrial, leveraged finance, and tax-credit loans. Analyze cash flow, collateral, financial statements, borrowing-base reports, and covenant compliance; support lending officers and participate in loan committee discussions.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, leveraged finance, tax-credit, and other loan transactions.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, debt service, projections, trends, and collateral.
• Review borrowing-base certificates, accounts receivable and inventory reports, and covenant compliance.
• Provide transaction-structuring and analysis support to lending officers and partner with lending units on maturities and pipeline deadlines.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings and communicate recommendations to internal and external customers.
• Support coaching and mentoring of junior credit associates and join customer meetings when needed.
