The Role • Co-therapeutic patient discussions to guide and deepen the therapeutic process. • Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster participant exchange and development. • Supporting patients during meals and exposures to aid in stabilization and self-efficacy. • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments. • Providing holistic and empathetic individual patient care throughout the treatment process. • Working within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care. What You'll Need • Completed training as an educator (m/f/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care for individuals. • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a passion for the work. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach to patients and their families. • Curiosity for new topics and a drive for professional development.
