The Role

• Assist with doctor's visits and therapies
• Maintain nursing documentation and handovers to colleagues

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a licensed caregiver, specialized nurse, or registered nurse with a focus on geriatric long-term care
• Experience in implementing individual care plans and managing the nursing process
• Proficiency in palliative care and pain management for seniors
• Familiarity with digital nursing documentation and software
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
