The Role

• Lead and manage a team at the fresh food counter, acting as a role model.
• Ensure excellent product quality, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Create appealing product displays and provide outstanding customer service and consultation.
• Implement sales-promoting initiatives and manage inventory, pricing, and stock flow.
• Oversee cost and revenue development and conduct regular inventory counts.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the food retail sector, or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise with fresh produce and a strong focus on quality and hygiene.
• A solution-oriented and proactive approach to tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.
• Experience in a similar role, potentially in bakery or self-service fresh food counters, is advantageous.
