System Admin & Service Desk - Bilingual (English/ Korean) required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data -Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 225+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Service Desk / Help Desk Operations
• IT Operations or Application Support
• System Administration
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.

Special Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems preferred.
• Understanding of web-based applications and system integrations.

Experience building lightweight automation solutions using AI-assisted development ("Vibe Coding"), low-code/no-code platforms, scripting, or similar technologies.
