The Role

• Act as an independent advisor, operating under § 84 HGB with robust support
• Leverage a strong brand and established network in the real estate industry
• Focus on client acquisition through referrals from long-standing partners like brokers, developers, and project managers (no cold calling)
• Concentrate fully on client consultation with dedicated back-office support and digital tools
• Benefit from a performance-based commission model with growth potential

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in real estate financing, banking, or mortgage sales
• Relevant qualifications, such as § 34i GewO certification
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and partnership-oriented approach
• Ability to provide clear, reliable, and trust-based client consultations
• A strong understanding of building financial trust with clients
