Bisoftllc is looking for a Data Governances Architect- Retail & Supply Industry

The Data Governance Architect must have experience in defining and implementing enterprise data governanceframeworks that ensure data is trusted, secure, compliant, and fit for business use. This role bridges business andtechnology by establishing data standards, policies, and architectural patterns; embedding governance into dataplatforms and delivery initiatives; and partnering with data owners, stewards, and engineering teams to improvedata quality, interoperability, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Your Role

•                 Extensive experience in data architecture, data governance, or enterprise data management, with ademonstrated ability to design and operationalize governance frameworks at scale.

•                 Proven background working across business and technology teams, translating business requirements intoenforceable data standards and architectural patterns.

•                 Must have solid understanding and demonstrable experience in retail apparel business especially customerjourney.

•                 Product development lifecycle and Retail Supply Chain a plus.

•                 Ability to take feedback and incorporate that into measurable improvement.

•                 Ability to take vague or unclear expectations and turn them into concepts and requirements.

•                 Ability to align disparate groups of stakeholders towards common framework by demonstrating value.

•                 Must have facilitation experience.

•                 Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving.

•                 Change Management experience a big plus.

Technical & Platform Skills

•                 Significant experience (10+ years) in the development and operationalization of data governanceframeworks, operating models, and workflows.

•                 Minimum Degree: Bachelors of Arts or Science

•                 Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership,Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.

•                 Nice to have knowledge: Atlan, Alation, Google Cloud, Data Modeling, Wireframing and workflowdevelopment.
