The Role

• Construct and erect overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110-380 kV)
• Maintain and repair German overhead line networks
• Safely operate machinery and equipment
• Contribute to new build and modernization projects for overhead lines

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational trade qualification (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, locksmith, electrician)
• Resilience to heights, physical fitness, and German language proficiency
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity, even without prior formal training
• Valid Class B driver's license and high willingness to travel (Monday-Thursday weekly, including overnight stays)
• Independent work style, reliability, and team spirit
