We are seeking passionate educators to join a community-driven organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within local schools and authorities, offering flexible and trauma-informed tutoring to support vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Deliver in-person, online, and hybrid tutoring in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress and report for lessons.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Collaborate with a dedicated SEND Support Team.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
