Job Description

We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to support and maintain a broad IT estate across Azure Cloud, Windows Server, networking, storage and virtualisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain core server, storage and networking infrastructure
  • Manage and support Azure and Microsoft enterprise technologies
  • Provide 2nd line infrastructure support and resolve escalated incidents
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
  • Support infrastructure changes, upgrades and technical projects
  • Work with third-party suppliers and vendors
  • Support ITIL processes including incident, change and problem management
What We're Looking For
  • Strong IT Infrastructure experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with networking and server systems
  • Understanding of Azure, virtualisation/hypervisors and SAN/storage
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

3 MONTH CONTRACT
