the role:

Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.<br />Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.<br />Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.<br />Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen &amp; Bathrooms, EWI, Windows &amp; Doors, Repairs &amp; Maintenance and Roofing. What you'll need: Essential: Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.<br />UK Driving Licence<br />CSCS Card<br />First Aid at work Who you'll be working for: Working at the centre of the social housing sector, you'll be a key member of a Tier 1 contractor who has recently been recognised as one of the best employers in Europe.
