The Role

• Gain hands-on experience in social-psychiatric support, child welfare, and educational assistance.
• Support colleagues in providing practical, targeted, and pedagogical guidance in clients' daily lives and family settings.
• Specialize in one of four key areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.
• Benefit from a state-recognized Bachelor's degree with practice-oriented content.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational degree, or equivalent (e.g., state-certified technician or business administrator).
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A diligent, responsible, and discreet approach to your work.
• Strong empathy, interpersonal skills, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience.
• Previous experience in a voluntary social year, federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
