What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational degree, or equivalent (e.g., state-certified technician or business administrator). • German language proficiency at B2 level. • A diligent, responsible, and discreet approach to your work. • Strong empathy, interpersonal skills, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience. • Previous experience in a voluntary social year, federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
