QA Analyst

Position: QA Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a QA Analyst with 1 3 years of experience to improve and validate laboratory information management systems (LIMS) workflows, focusing on accuracy, reproducibility, and traceability. The role involves collaborating with chemists and developers to refine Python-based data operations, review chemistry data packages, and ensure regulatory compliance (EPA, FDA, state standards). You will validate calculations in Excel, review method deviations, and ensure complete, auditable electronic records and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revise and optimize Python code and data workflows for LIMS (STARLIMS) integration
• Design and verify quality program standards based on EPA chemistry methods
• Review programs, documentation, and specifications for user requirements and guidelines
• Validate chemistry data packages for regulatory compliance and method deviations
• Ensure data traceability, integrity, and complete electronic records

Required Skills:

• Python programming
• LIMS experience (STARLIMS preferred)
• Knowledge of EPA/FDA regulatory standards
• Data review and validation of chemistry results
• Excel spreadsheet validation for analytical calculations
• Strong collaboration with chemists and IT/development teams
