ABA Achievers is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team.

We’re seeking a BCBA who is dedicated to supporting children and families, developing meaningful treatment plans, and providing strong leadership to the professionals delivering care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and mentor paraprofessionals
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Implement, monitor, and modify behavior intervention plans based on patient progress
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Develop individualized curricula and behavioral strategies based on assessment results and data
• Collaborate with families and team members to support positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Required state licensure/certification, as applicable
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong data collection and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
