Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Sr. Power Apps Developer on their project based in US.

Job Title: Sr. Power Apps Developer

Remote Role

Job Description:

Key responsibilities

Enhancement development (50%)

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into User Stories
• Estimate effort and present an implementation plan before starting work
• Build features in Power Apps using Power Fx, Power Automate flows and SQL Server (tables, views, stored procedures)
• Deploy app, database and flows in sync on agreed release dates
• Meet PANYNJ technical and cybersecurity standards; track work in Azure DevOps

Maintenance and support (25%)

• Troubleshoot and resolve Power Apps and integration issues
• Estimate and present a fix plan for each bug
• Apply Microsoft best practices for performance, scalability and usability

Documentation and program management (25%)

• Attend weekly alignment meetings and agile sprint planning in Azure DevOps
• Produce design specs, user guides, training and test/deployment materials

Qualifications

Required (demonstrated hands-on experience)

• Design, development and deployment of Microsoft Power Apps canvas applications
• Relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
• Microsoft Power Fx low-code language
• Microsoft Azure: Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL and DevOps
• Data integration with Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL Server
• Agile delivery and translating business requirements into technical solutions

Highly preferred

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification/credentials
• The client sets no minimum years of experience, degree or clearance requirement.
