The Role

• Visualize customer kitchen desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present individual kitchen concepts considering style, function, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to contract closure.
• Create compelling offers, handle objections, and coordinate project execution, including delivery and installation.
• Provide support to neighboring kitchen studios during personnel shortages.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct kitchen sales.
• Solid understanding of kitchen technology, design, and current product assortments.
• Proficiency in professional planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong closing skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for customer engagement.
• Excellent social skills, independence, and a results-oriented work ethic.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design.
