Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong expertise in B2B Payments and FinTech. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Merchant Services, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Lockbox, and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC).
The candidate will define and execute product strategy, own the product roadmap and backlog, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable business value and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute product roadmaps across AR, AP, Lockbox, RDC, Merchant Services, and emerging payment solutions.
• Drive portfolio strategy, product rationalization, platform modernization, and capability expansion.
• Own product backlog, prioritization, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Sales, and Business teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Establish and track business KPIs, value realization, and ROI.
• Lead product discovery, market analysis, customer engagement, and roadmap planning.
• Present product strategy, updates, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
• Drive Agile/Scrum product delivery and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
• 12 years of overall professional experience.
• 4+ years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience.
• Strong expertise in B2B Payments / FinTech.
• Strong domain knowledge of Merchant Services, AR, AP, Lockbox, and RDC.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and executing product roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, customer journeys, and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value, revenue growth, and ROI.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum product delivery.
