The Role • Provide physician oversight for psychiatric day clinics in Rendsburg and Eckernförde. • Take on increasing Head Physician responsibilities with targeted development. • Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care. • Mentor and support junior doctors and medical students. • Design and implement innovative treatment approaches. • Contribute to a patient-centered approach within an interdisciplinary team. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d). • Proven experience in biological, psychotherapeutic, and sociomedical treatment methods. • Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills. • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork in a modern psychiatric setting. • Empathetic demeanor, initiative, and open communication style.
