Project Manager (Security Assessment Coordinator)

Location: Remote

Duration: 7 Weeks

Required technical knowledge:
Security assessment lifecycle, Rules of Engagement, risk reporting, NIST CSF and SP 800-53, confidential evidence handling, and sufficient technical knowledge to coordinate control mapping and report review.

Recommended experience:
5+ years managing cybersecurity or IT security engagements, including assessment delivery; public-sector experience strongly preferred.

Recommended certifications:
PMP or equivalent project management credential; CISSP, CISM, or Security+ desirable.

Key deliverables:
Project plan and approved Rules of Engagement; weekly status; escalation records; coordinated final report and executive briefing; close-out documentation.
