HR Manager

Pay Range: $42 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR business partner support to Technology leaders, focusing on talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders on staffing, retention, and performance management activities.
• Support talent review processes, including preparation of materials and action item tracking.
• Manage key HR operating rhythms, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on priorities.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and provide insights to HR and Technology leadership.
• Develop engagement plans and initiatives that align with company culture and values.
• Facilitate change management and support the development of leadership capabilities.
• Lead or assist with special projects and HR initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or technology sectors.
• 5+ years of increasing HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR consulting experience.
• 5+ years of project management, program management, or strategic partnering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting executive or senior-level clients in a complex corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile data and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
