Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate buyer and seller leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
• Conduct comparative market analyses and advise clients on pricing and market conditions
• List, market, and show residential properties, including hosting open houses
• Guide clients through offers, negotiations, contracts, inspections, and closings
• Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, escrow, and other partners to facilitate smooth transactions
• Leverage brokerage-provided CRM, marketing, and technology tools to manage pipeline and communication
• Provide excellent client service, maintaining regular communication and follow-up for repeat and referral business
