We are seeking a Level I Help Desk Technician to provide responsive, customer-focused support across a variety of client environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who has a strong technical foundation, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants to continue developing their skills in a managed services environment.

Role Overview

  • Assist with password resets, account access, permissions, and basic Active Directory tasks.

  • Prepare, assign, track, and ship IT assets according to established processes.

  • Use remote support and diagnostic tools to resolve end-user issues.

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Assist with workstation setup, software installation, patching, and preventative maintenance.

  • Coordinate or perform on-site support when remote resolution is not possible.

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and internal team members.

  • Follow established service procedures and help meet defined SLA expectations.

  • Experience with NinjaOne, Autotask, or similar RMM/PSA tools is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision.

CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar entry-level certifications are preferred but not required.

Employment Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations when required.

  • Ability to successfully complete any required background screening.

  • Ability to work effectively in both remote and client-facing environments.

Compensation

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable working directly with end users. They can independently resolve common support issues, follow established processes, document their work clearly, and recognize when an issue should be escalated.
