Job Haines at Home is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative
Marketing Specialist to help grow our home health care agency and strengthen our relationships within the community.

Position Details
Employment: Full-Time
Location: Montclair, NJ
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
Identify and develop new referral sources
Represent Job Haines at Home at community events, health fairs, networking events, and senior-focused programs
Coordinate and participate in agency-sponsored events and outreach activities
Promote our home health care services and educate community partners about the care we provide
Maintain a strong community presence through networking and relationship building
Assist with social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives
Track outreach activities, referrals, and marketing results
Collaborate with agency leadership to develop new growth opportunities
