Senior Digital Business Analyst – Birmingham, West Midlands<br />Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office<br />Salary 48-55k plus excellent benefits We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a high-profile digital transformation programme based in Birmingham.

The Senior BA will work across business, product, and technology teams to define requirements, shape digital services, and drive platform improvements. You'll be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, defining UX requirements, mapping end-to-end user journeys, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications.

Working across the full delivery lifecycle, you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Test teams, and key business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements and improve customer experiences.

Core skils &amp; experience Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst on web and digital transformation projects<br />Strong experience defining UX requirements and mapping customer journeys<br />Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications<br />Good understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and message structures<br />Experience working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, and Test teams<br />Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills<br />Comfortable challenging, questioning, and uncovering the root cause of business problems<br />Experience working in Agile environments and thriving in fast-moving delivery teams<br />Pragmatic, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a passion for digital technologyThis is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Digital Business Analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology while helping shape the future of their digital services.
