Pay Rate: $33.33 - $41.82/HR W2

Responsibilities: 

• Gather and validate data supporting Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions reporting.
• Support carbon footprint calculations, reporting methodologies, and assurance readiness.
• Partner with Data and IT teams to improve data quality and streamline data collection.
• Validate packaging data across products and SKUs for EPR reporting.
• Support EPR registrations, reporting, and fee calculations across applicable U.S. state programs.
• Monitor packaging regulations and research sustainable alternatives.
• Support sustainability initiatives across events and media productions, including waste, energy, logistics, and travel.
• Track sustainability KPIs and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sustainability, carbon accounting, environmental compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of carbon accounting and the GHG Protocol.
• Working knowledge of EPR regulations and U.S. climate-disclosure requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with sustainability reporting or regulatory submissions preferred.
• Event/media production sustainability experience and familiarity with ISO 20121 preferred.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
