Senior Retail Sales Associate – Music Store

Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using your product knowledge and passion for music. Responsibilities include consultative selling, managing rentals and lesson enrollments, merchandising, operating POS systems, and supporting store events and school outreach. You’ll work in a collaborative, student-focused environment with opportunities to grow in retail, education support, and music industry careers.
