The Role

• Contribute to enriching the lives of residents through dedicated care.
• Perform classic nursing duties, including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Actively participate in creative planning and implementation of daily resident activities.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, a completed vocational training in geriatric or general healthcare and nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• Ability to work effectively within a dedicated care team.
