The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues individually and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify potential system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications accurately.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications, including on-site installations.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
