Data Engineer ( AWS and Snowflake)

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a strong focus on AWS and Snowflake technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in depth knowledge of Snowflake, particularly holding a Snowflake SnowPro certification. This role requires a proactive individual who can design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analytics and reporting purposes.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake technologies.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver high quality data solutions.
Optimize and maintain existing data architectures and ETL processes for performance and scalability.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, implementing solutions to improve reliability.
Document data processes, architectures, and workflows for future reference and compliance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data engineering and cloud computing.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Snowflake, with a valid Snowflake SnowPro certification.
Proficient in AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, and Glue.
Experience with SQL and data modelling techniques.
Hands on experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Proven track record of successful data pipeline development and management.
