Mechatroniker | Waltershausen, Germany | On-site We're hiring on behalf of an internationally leading manufacturer of high-quality elastomer and sealing products for the construction industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their state-of-the-art manufacturing and extrusion lines. The Role • Conduct preventive and planned maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. • Analyze and resolve faults during machine downtime to minimize production interruptions. • Support troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (e.g., Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) and mechatronic drive systems. • Assist with the assembly, installation, and technical acceptance of new machinery and plant components. • Document all maintenance and repair work meticulously in the digital maintenance system. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Industrial Mechanic, or a similar field. • Ideally, practical experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. • Solid industry knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics, with foundational understanding of control systems (PLC). • A self-reliant, solution-oriented approach with strong manual dexterity and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work in a multi-shift system to support continuous production operations.
