Senior Project Manager Central London | £80,000 - £100,000| ️ Luxury Residential Refurbishment About Them A fast growing, £16M turnover business, delivering super prime residential refurbishments across London’s most prestigious postcodes. Reputation is built on quality, service, and attention to detail. Now seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their vibrant, experienced team. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee 4 live luxury refurbishment projects, each valued between £2M - £5M, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget alognside a Site Project Manager on each project. You will:

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
• Manage site based project teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with the commercial team, clients, consultants, and senior management.
• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety, quality, and programme management.
• Report directly to the Managing Director. Requirements
• Proven track record managing multiple high end residential refurbishment projects (£2M+).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple sites.
• Based in or willing to commute daily to Central London. Salary & Benefits
• £80,000 - £100,000 per annum DOE
