Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to identify market opportunities, develop and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients, and drive sales of advanced power and energy monitoring solutions. This includes comprehensive energy monitoring systems and equipment, power metering equipment and solutions, and high-value energy management systems, as well as other technology offerings within Stark Techs portfolio.
The successful candidate will effectively engage contractors, consulting engineers, facility owners, and end users to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored solutions that create value. Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of revenue, gross profit, and account growth objectives. Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is
$76,865-$102,487 base
, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a commission and/or incentive compensation program.
Actual earnings are based on individual performance and applicable plan terms. Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. Work Experience
Associate degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field required; bachelors degree preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Five or more years of related experience required, preferably within the power distribution industry. Technical understanding of electrical power systems, energy and power monitoring systems, their applications, and typical implementation. Basic knowledge of applicable building codes and plan-and-spec fundamentals. Proven ability to drive individual sales results, manage customer accounts, and meet performance goals. Strong knowledge of the market and relevant industry trends. Ability to manage a high volume of work, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Minimal local travel required, with participation in annual training sessions and conferences outside the region. Benefits
