We create the systems that connect people, places, and opportunity, from complete streets and to utilities and civic spaces. As a Civil Engineer, you’ll support a variety of public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements.
- Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
- Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers.
- Assist clients with funding applications, permitting, and public engagement.
- Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations.
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery.
- PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong understanding of AutoDesk design tools and public works standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
