The Role • Provide holistic nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting. • Monitor patient progress, document observations, and actively participate in therapeutic interventions. • Administer medically prescribed treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists. • Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily ward operations. • Contribute to a supportive and safe interdisciplinary team environment. What You'll Need • Completion of a recognized nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse). • Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities. • Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with young people. • Prior experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric care is advantageous but not essential.
