- Design and architect Contact Center solutions on Genesys Cloud.
- Expertise in design, implementation, and maintenance of contact center technology infrastructure.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performing contact center solutions.
- Hands-on experience with telephony, CRM integrations, cloud platforms, security protocols, and Genesys Cloud integrations.
- Experience in IVR development on Genesys Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agent Softphone, Voice Recording, and Reporting Architecture is an added advantage.
- Ability to create customer-centric and efficient contact center solutions.
