The Role

• Manage and schedule workshop tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Prepare cost estimates and receive customer orders, providing technical consultation.
• Assign, supervise, and invoice mechanic work to specific orders.
• Lead, guide, and support workshop staff in task completion and vehicle final inspection.
• Perform professional and independent repairs and maintenance on vehicle electrics for commercial vehicles and buses.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain workshop orderliness.
• Uphold quality standards in line with ISO 9001.

What You'll Need

• Completed master craftsman qualification in the automotive sector, ideally commercial vehicles.
• Previous experience in a master craftsman role is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in relevant IT systems (MS-Office, SAP, ESA).
• Independent, customer-oriented, and highly committed work ethic.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and decision-making skills.
• Possession of a Class CE driver's license.
• High level of flexibility and teamwork.
