Senior Project Manager Data Center Construction / Structured Cabling

Title: Senior PM-Fulltime

Location: Rayville, LA (Nearest big city is Monroe, LA)

Special request: Second shift (2:30 PM CST-10:30 PM CST)

Travel- 3 weeks onsite, 1-week WFH- Must be flexible with that schedule.

• The experience the directors are looking for is less so generic construction management, and more on the side of data center construction management, or a structured cabling environment
• In addition to managing second-shift activities, this position will provide critical leadership depth for the project by serving as the designated backup to the Site Manager. Responsibilities will include client engagement, stakeholder communication, operational continuity, and leadership coverage during rotations, PTO, and other planned absences.
• Given the scale, strategic importance, and revenue impact of the Rayville project, adding a Senior Project Manager is necessary to ensure consistent leadership presence, maintain client confidence, support operational resilience, and position the project for sustained success.
