Job description

Operations Manager - Plano, TX - Contract - $27-37 Per HR

Join our team as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless processes in a fully onsite environment. This contract role involves managing cross-departmental activities and leveraging technology solutions to drive efficiency. Key responsibilities include process optimization, vendor management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve documents, materials, and products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to assess progress and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage day-to-day eCommerce fulfillment operations and coordinate with teams to resolve order issues.
  • Develop and automate reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with customer service to identify and address consumer pain points for improved experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in eCommerce or retail operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
