We're supporting a major public sector programme seeking an experienced Senior AI Strategy Consultant to lead AI transformation initiatives at enterprise scale. This is an exciting opportunity to shape AI strategy, governance, operating models and value realisation across a complex organisation. Experience within the healthcare or health technology sector would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide AI strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
• Define AI operating models, governance frameworks and delivery approaches.
• Develop Generative AI strategies and roadmaps to accelerate responsible adoption.
• Build and prioritise AI portfolios, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and investment goals.
• Create compelling AI business cases, identifying benefits, costs, risks and implementation requirements.
• Drive AI value realisation by establishing measurable success metrics and tracking outcomes.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI transformation, organisational change and adoption strategies.
• Establish Responsible AI frameworks covering ethics, governance, compliance and risk management.
• Support enterprise-wide AI risk identification, mitigation and assurance activities.
• Engage with executive leadership teams to shape long-term AI investment and capability strategies.

• Significant experience delivering AI strategy and transformation programmes within large, complex organisations.

• Strong understanding of current AI technologies, market trends and enterprise adoption challenges.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into practical AI strategies and delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.

Desirable Experience

• Health, healthcare, NHS, life sciences or health technology sector experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of public sector governance and regulatory environments.

Eligibility

• Must be a UK National.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency.
• Ability to satisfy government screening and vetting requirements.
