The Role

• Ensure the smooth operation of technical systems within assigned properties.
• Conduct independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of building technology and electronic systems, including troubleshooting.
• Address customer-related issues and perform proactive repairs and maintenance in accordance with current regulations.
• Independently resolve malfunctions and optimize operational processes.
• Undertake shift work after an initial familiarization period, with compensatory arrangements.
• Digitally document all performed tasks using mobile devices.

What You'll Need

• Technical training in an electrical field, such as Electrician, Energy Systems Electrician, Automation and Systems Technology, or Electrical Installer.
• Customer-oriented and dedicated approach, with teamwork and reliability as fundamental attributes.
• Previous professional experience is ideal, but motivated career starters are also encouraged to apply.
• Service-oriented demeanor, with a responsible and independent working style.
• German language proficiency at B2 level and a valid Class B driver's license.
