The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
• Support the First Cashier in managing daily operations and team training.
• Handle all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Receive, display, and monitor the freshness of incoming goods, including produce and baked items.
• Operate the cash register and assist with stockroom and cleaning duties.

What You'll Need

• A background in retail, ideally with completed vocational training and relevant experience.
• A friendly demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work diligently and efficiently.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and some leadership aptitude.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
