Sr. Financial and Marketing Strategy Analyst. Sr. Analyst, CPG and Category Management. NextStep Recruiting is working with a global CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) organization that is hiring an experienced analyst for one of their categories in the Dallas, TX market.

Our client is looking for

A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and 3+ years of progressive analysis experience in the retail industry, CPG Industry (preferably selling to retail customers), or Food Manufacturing
Experience with Circana, NielsenIQ, Kantar, or other retail industry data insight software and pulling and analyzing data
Strong, advanced Excel skills. Power BI or similar tool experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and someone who enjoys meeting with retail customers and presenting data and strategy
This is a fun, dynamic role with a great Dallas team.

The manager has been with the organization for 10+ years and is great to work with! The role is 3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week, so candidates must be local to the Dallas market.
