We are hiring for a leading national automotive assistance provider with a long-standing reputation for reliability and member support, dedicated to keeping the UK moving.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Start and finish your shifts from your own driveway, averaging 40 hours per week.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery issues, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure.
