Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Maintenance Technician to maintain hotel facilities and equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests.

*Full-time Position / Benefits Package includes Health Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, 401K, Paid Time Off, Holiday and Birthday Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial refrigeration, ice machines, chillers, air handling units, and general building equipment.

• Respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Follow maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and facilities.

• Assist with inventory and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting; Marriott experience a plus.

• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration and ice machines; experience with chillers and air handling systems preferred.

• General maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and properly handle chemicals.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
