Business Analyst - Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

Join a major transformation initiative and play a key role in delivering a critical Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) program.

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in cybersecurity, infrastructure or identity management projects to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Partner with security, infrastructure and project teams to shape PKI solutions
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define future-state processes
• Develop user stories, process maps and functional specifications
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement
• Support testing and solution validation to ensure successful outcomes

About you:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology, cybersecurity or infrastructure programs
• Exposure to PKI, certificate management, identity security or related security technologies
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
