We need an experienced SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM) Consultant that has deep experience that can provide 1st line and second-line application support for an existing SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM) 2105 environment while assisting with the organization''s migration to SSAM 2410.

This is primarily an application support and upgrade support role—not a greenfield implementation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting SSAM in a production environment, troubleshooting functional and technical issues, and participating in version upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 (second-line) support for SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM) 2105.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to SSAM mobile applications.
• Support the migration and upgrade from SSAM 2105 to SSAM 2410.
• Work closely with business users and SAP functional/technical teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
• Assist with testing, defect resolution, and post-upgrade validation.
• Document solutions, support procedures, and configuration changes.
