The Role

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Offer in-person, remote, and hybrid teaching opportunities.
• Plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5, adapting to their individual learning requirements.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable learners.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, with a preference for SEND/SEMH backgrounds.
• Proficiency in teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Ability to work flexibly as a self-employed tutor.
