French Fund Finance Manager

The Client: Renewable Infrastructure Investment Manager
The Location: London - Hybrid Model
One of the most renowned Renewable Infrastructure Managers is on the precipice of significant growth and needs a Fund Finance Manager to take responsibility particularly of their French structures
The Responsibilities:

• Manage French Fund Structures consisting of infrastructure equity investments across Europe
• Manage relationship with GP administrators
• Work across the SPV management reporting and analysis, support the preparation of the annual budgets, assist with the valuations
• Governance and operational support
• Work closely with the Chair of Valuation Committee on valuation governance and reporting
• Support with US based fund finance requirements

The Role:

• Qualified Accountant with experience in broad positions
• French Fluency
• Understanding of French Structures
• Ideally infrastructure exposure
• Strong senior exposure to dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Valuations & Governance experience a benefit
