Introduction:

We are seeking an AI Architect to lead our enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives from strategy development through to implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Solution Delivery. They should also have a proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale AI transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies for the organization.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI projects.
• Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI architecture and design.
• Ensure the successful delivery of AI projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for AI applications within the organization to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale AI transformation programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Previous experience in Solution Delivery.
• Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
