AI Tech Lead

A growing technology and analytics organization is seeking an AI Tech Lead to join its team in a full time capacity. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced AI professional who enjoys building production grade AI systems and guiding technical strategy. The environment leverages technologies including Databricks, Large Language Models, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval Augmented Generation, cloud platforms, and modern MLOps tooling to deliver enterprise scale AI solutions for major clients.

This role offers a rare opportunity to function as the technical leader for advanced AI initiatives while remaining deeply involved in engineering. Rather than moving away from development, the selected candidate will serve as a player coach, helping shape architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, leading high impact projects, and influencing long term AI strategy. Required Skills & Experience

• Expertise with Databricks
• Experience building and deploying LLM Solutions
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Experience designing production AI and machine learning systems
• Excellent communication skills and client facing experience
• Experience working with cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
